Lately, I had lost a lot of progress - from 55 I came back to almost 60 (luckly, I never got to see the “6” in the scale). Plus, my granny and mum kept on remembering me that I looked “fatter” and “healthier” (really, where’s the logic here?) so I was truly pissed off.
But… Tonight, I saw something peeking through my skin - might that be hipbones…? Indeed! Those were hipbones! Barely noticeable, only under the correct light, but there they were. So I decided to weight myself: 58.5
Not bad, not good either, but it’s a start. From 58.5 to 57 it’s just 1.5 kg, and then only 2 kg down to 55. I’ll do it again~
